Wyandot County Public Health will host its Click It or Ticket Kickoff Exhibit at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18 in the library’s large meeting room.

In Wyandot County, seat belt usage is around 94% according to statistics provided by the University of Akron. Most Wyandot County residents buckle up. But the annual Click It or Ticket kickoff campaign, launched in the county each year by the Wyandot County Safe Communities Coalition, aims to bring the lifesaving message to the remaining 6% of Wyandot County residents who do not regularly use seat belts.

Helping the coalition to bring this message to county residents, Upper Sandusky and Mohawk high school students have created videos for TikTok, a social media platform, encouraging their peers and all Wyandot County residents to buckle up. The exhibit will feature these student videos, with the three overall winners announced at the event.
