How is your health department working for you?

Join Wyandot County Public Health at 6 p.m. Jan. 12, in the Upper Sandusky Community Library’s large meeting room for a program that will educate attendees on all the ways the health department impacts the community.

Learn about the programs available to the community through the health department; meet staff members from the nursing, environmental, and administrative branches of the health department; and hear from a representative of the Wyandot County Health Board.

Join a new genre-specific book club!

Do you have a favorite reading genre but no one to talk about it with? Then make way for the Inglorious Bookworms Book Club and choose your own reading adventure.

So whether romance makes you swoon, science fiction takes you where no one has gone before, or mysteries have you donning a deerstalker hat, this book club is designed for your reading life. Revel in your genre and become . . . an Inglorious Bookworm.

What are you reading to start off 2022?

If you have been itching to talk about the books you read, then join fellow readers for BookTalk on the first Thursday of each month.

BookTalk, everyone’s favorite sharing time for readers, will meet at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 6. Join group discussion leader Krystal Smalley for a casual talk about books. No matter the subject or genre, all readers are welcome to talk about anything book related.
